برنامج المساعدة عن بعد اصدار جديد

اليوم واجهتني مشكلة في شبكة للشركة التي اعمل بها , و نظرا لانني الوحيد في الشركة لم استطع الحصول على اي مساعدة من احد , و كنت على اتصال عبر الجوال بمعلمي الذي هو الاخر كان يعمل في شركة اخرى , حاولت جاهدا شرح المشكلة التي تواجهني بالتفصيل لكن معلومي لم يستطع ان يحدد الحل الا اذا القى نظرة على المشكله بنفسة و بسبب ضيق الوقت و محاولتي الانتهاء بسرعة من هذة المشكلة واقترح علي TeamViewer (افضل برنامج من نوعة للاتصال بالاجهزة الاخرى و التحكم بها عن بعد) ففي خلال خمس دقائق ان لم تكن اقل قمنا بتركيب البرنامج على جهازي و معلمي وجاري حل المشكله .



البرنامج يعتمد على الاتصال بعدة طرق , من خلال شبكة محلية او الانترنت او من خلال ما يعرف بإتصال الـ

سأسرد لكم بعض مميزات البرنامج :



* سهولة الاستخدام

* لا يستهلك الكثير من سرعة الانترنت او حجم البيانات

* يمكنك استخدام البرنامج من خلال موقع الشركة مباشرتا بدون تركيب البرامج

* لا يمكن حظر البرنامج من قبل برامج الجدار الناري FireWall

* امكانية نقل الملفات

* امكانية وضع البرنامج في ذاكرة فلاش USP لنقلة الي اي جهاز اخر Portable

* امان الاستخدام (مستوى عالي من الحماية)

* لوحة تحكم لمشرف الدعم الفني و هي اداة لتسرد جميع الاجهزة و عرض حالتها

* الميزة الاهم : هي وجود نسخة مجانية للاستخدام غير التجاري
